e hello i downlaod epic gamer luncher to lunch it so i can download unenge 4 it wont not even open

We are going to need a bit more information. Are you trying to install the Launcher or have you already installed it and the Launcher itself is failing to open?

Also, please provide your system specs.

Windows: Go to the Start menu and type ‘dxdiag’ into the search bar. Open that file and then click ‘Save All Information’. Post that text file here.

Mac: Go to the Apple menu and click ‘About This Mac’.

It looks like your PC does not meet our recommended specs. Your processor is a dual-core and you have 6 gb of RAM.

Here is what we recommend:

  • Desktop PC with Windows 7 64-bit or a Mac with Mac OS X 10.9.2 or later

  • 8 GB RAM

  • Quad-core Intel or AMD processor

  • DX11 compatible video card

You can try updating your graphics card driver but you still may not be able to run the Launcher/editor properly.
