Uncompressed lightmaps in HTML5 build do not render correctly [4.7.3]

How can I get uncompressed lightmaps to render correctly in my HTML5 build?

What’s happening? I am using the 1.29.0 version of Emscripten to package my project for HTML5.

Thank you for your report, I was able to reproduce this error internally and have reported the issue, for reference UE-12561. As we continue to investigate the issue further I will keep you informed here.

In the meantime I would recommend using compressed lightmaps and going to our Lighting Troubleshooting guide to help with any artifacts and shadowing errors you feel are caused by this compression.

Approximately how long will it take before this bug is fixed? What causes it?

We are currently investigating the cause of the issue, so I currently have no information as to the root cause as of yet. While I cannot confirm the exact time for a fix it looks currently like we are shooting for a fix released with 4.8, again that is tentative but considering the nature of this bug probably most likely.

We are moving to longer development cycles between versions with more stability updates. Other than that, I am unable to comment on when we are expecting 4.8 to be released.
