[Feature request] Expose FBX material limit to config file

I am working on a project where the number of materials per object shouldn’t be so much of an issue. Optimizing the scenes of the size I typically work in time after time becomes a very big time dump.

I am not so advanced a user that I could consider compiling my own version of UE4 just to increase the limit, so it would be nice if the limit could simply be adjusted via a .ini file for those who want to do it.
