I recently upgraded my UE3 to UE4 using the launcher installation from the main website. Now I wanted to PLAY Unreal tournament but the problem is the download kept resetting itself to 0%. Whenever it hit the 80% mark it will just pop back to 0%. I tried reinstall the launcher but it never worked. Any advice?

Please try the steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide. If nothing works for you, please post your system specs and follow the directions towards the bottom of that link to generate your Debug Logs. Then post them here as well.
Those are the standard log files (which may be useful) but we also need the Debug Logs. Which can be generated by following the steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide.
Also, don’t forget to post your dxdiag (system specs). It not only list hardware but also drivers and updates that may be the cause of the issue.
Directions:
Windows: Go to the Start menu and type ‘dxdiag’ into the search bar. Open that file and then click ‘Save All Information’. Post that text file here.
