UV Maps create edge margin, why?

When Blender models imported and no materials applied, all mesh items are tightly aligned. When adding materials/textures to the mesh, some textures create a margin at the edges, why?

Could you post another picture that is better lit? Its hard to see whats going on in that screenshot.

Is there anything plugged into displacement/world position offset in your material? Do you have anything in opacity or opacity mask?

Also, if you can, post an example file so that we can try to replicate and troubleshoot this on our end.

Glad I could help!

Sure.

There is a gap-space in the mesh - after adding materials.

Second image, the model freshly imported, control.

Oh man, strike! I indeed had one texture set to world position offset, upon removing the node and applying the changes the space vanished! Thank You!
