Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Lighting through translucent particle effect?

Hi guys, I'm having a bit of trouble getting my particle effect to light up properly. Basically i have a scene with a couple of rotating movable lights behind a screen of flowing steam. When looking at the steam from the same side the lights are on, the steam seems to light up fine, but from the other side, the steam displays shadows where the beaming lights should be. Any solutions would be great. Here's a couple of pictures to demonstrate my point... here's the bad side where the lights are weird shadows...

and the front where they light properly, I need the lights to beam through orange, even with white smoke in my test level with normal lighting, i still cant get it to work :(
