Destroy Actor Bug - Keeps Creating Random Collision

Hi, I’ve ran into a really weird bug.

I’m working on a game which has a bunch of collectables but for some reason whenever I run a destroy actor to get rid of the collectable once it’s been picked up it creates an invisible collision which lasts for a a couple of seconds. This is really irritating as it messes up the nav mesh and also blocks all my projectiles.

I’m currently on 4.7.3 and I’ve never experienced this issue until I upgraded my project to 4.7 :frowning:

I was unable to reproduce this issue on our end. I have a few questions that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.

Quick questions:

  1. Can you reproduce this in a clean project?
  2. If so, could you provide a detailed set of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
  3. Can you provide screen shots of any blueprints that may be involved in this issue?
  4. Have you tried removing/ setting the collision to none just before destroying the actor?
