Will this custom PC develop UE 4 well? If not, please reccomend which parts I should change.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASRock H97 PERFORMANCE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Crucial MX100 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive, Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card

From your listed specs I don’t believe you should have much of an issue running the editor. Please take a look at this Forum post, it’s a great place to discuss specs and see what others are using to run the editor.
