Unreal Engine Launcher has stopped working (0xc000001d)

I Downloaded Unreal Engine and when I click On LAUNCH … The Program(unreal Engine) didnt start and Then A Pop up message(error) Shows Up saying :-
Unreal engine Has stopped working .

Then Another Message pops up saying
The Application was Unable to start Correctly(0x000001d) Click OK to Close the application.
And I have win7 Ultimate 64 bit But I cant download Win7 SP1 as my internet Pack is going to get Over
PLZ IS There a Way CAN someone fix this Plz Comment ;(

Hi hex 198,

Windows Service Pack 1 is required to install and run the Launcher and UE4. There is no way to bypass this. You must have those updates unless upgrading to Windows 8 is an option for you.

@TJ Ballard I was able to Install UE4 (epic games Launcher) Just By Troubleshoot Compatibility…
Maybe To Run Launcher I do need Win7 SP1
