How do I make My Content accessible to multiple users

In our facility we have a setup where 120 students can access 21 computers. From what I’ve seen, the launcher downloads all additional examples into the document folder of one user. Is it possible to make the content available through a local directory on the C-Drive? It can’t be an option to have a copy of the whole content for each user on the disk.
