    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog

    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

How to export a cutscene from UE4 to a software?

So if I want to make a video game trailer including the cut scenes I made in UE4, how do I export it to a certain software so I can edit it (add music to it and trim it)?

If you want to export a video result of a cutscene made in Matinee, you can use its built-in Movie feature which you can find in the top ribbon, to the right. alt text It'll let you export either uncompressed AVI or frame by frame pictures in the format of your choice.

If you want to export your Matinee animated cutscene, you have an option in the File menu to "Export All..." to an FBX file readable in your favorite software.

Finally, if it contains any kind of gameplay (IE: there's not only Matinee parts) you'll need to use an external video capturing software.
