I keep getting this weird fault while the loading bar is up when bringing up a new project or starting the editor itself.
The fault is attached. If anyone knows how to get this resolved please let me know step by step.

Try downloading and installing the .NET Framework version that the error message recommended. You can find it on Microsoft’s website.
If that doesn’t fix the issue, please upload your system specs (directions below).
Windows: Go to the Start menu and type ‘dxdiag’ into the search bar. Open that file and then click ‘Save All Information’. Post that text file here.
