Royalties for simulator ride?

It is not clear if we need to pay royalties fee.
We are building a flight simulator based on a motion platform.
We want to use UE4 for the flight simulation game play.
We will sell the machine to others who will ask a fee for flying the simulator.

I’m not sure if this falls into the category amusement park rides, which seems to be royalty free. This simulator may be used at places like shopping malls or at festivals. Or special places where only these simulators can be ride.
Do we fall into the free amusement ride category?

I’d say the thing you describe would fit within the exclusion of amusement park rides or arcade machines, so no royalties are owed.
