Modulated decal on a lightmapped surface

Is there any way to make a decal show up on a lightmapped surface using the modulate blend mode?
“Stain” decal blend mode doesn’t work with lightmaps. “DBuffer translucent color” overwrites the color and since the scene color node doesn’t work I can’t even do the multiply operation inside the decal material.

Currently the Modulated Blend Mode offered in the Stain Decal is not available in a static lighting situation. We have recently entered a feature request to add some limited support for this type of decal support, for reference UE-11981.
