I just installed UE4.7.4 on Xubuntu 14.04, and I can’t package the projects, I have just tried to package the basic template projects and I have played with the settings a bit, at first when I try to Package the project it will just “hang” and nothing will happen, after clicking [ cancel ], the second time I try to package the project I will get the output as given below.

I’ve played around with the settings, it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
