Tried re-installing, didn’t work. It crashes instantly, without any window popping up except for an error stating that the program couldn’t be started properly (0xc000001d). I have the exact same problem with the UT player and editor.

This error is generally related to Windows updates. From you dxdiag it looks like you need to install Windows Service Pack 1. Once you do that, if the error is still present post back here to let us know.

Thanks! It did indeed work, and in all honesty i feel kinda stupid. Explains a lot of crashes I’ve had recently.
