Shadow issue on static mesh

Hey guys,

I’m having some issues with my shadows on static meshes. The shadows on dynamic/destructible objects are fine but things are weird with the static thingy. I’ve a single directional light on the scene.

Below is a screenshot of the problem. The shadows on the left on the pink wall is fine but the ones on the right (orange and things around it) are really warped for some reason. Any ideas why? The landscape is completely flat btw.

Hi littlediavolo -

Take a look at our Lighting Troubleshooting Guide on the Epic Wiki.

I did. Couldn’t really find anything on warped shadows. Which section should I be looking at?

Thanks. Increasing the static lighting resolution on the landscape did it. I have it set to 5.
