Textures flashing/low res in standalone but not in editor.

I know this probably has something to do with mips/LOD’s but is there a command I can run on startup of the standalone so that the texture resolution is forced to be full and always streamed? Not sure why it always runs like this in editor, but only when going to standalone do I get the texture blurring and flashing, which only switches over literally a few seconds after I’m right up next to it, looking directly at it. Also the landscape itself seems to go really low res too, and then jumps back up to it’s full quality as I get near, very noticeably and jarringly. Since the landscape is part of the map, I can’t have pathways randomly changing for some players as the lines of sight are essential to keep uniform between players. Is there a way to also force the landscape to stay at it’s full resolution?
Thanks!
