If you are searching for Water Plane that Unreal 4 Dev done, it’s not on Marketplace. That’s reason you can’t find it.
Water Plan is in Learning Tab when you open up Launcher.
No, I don’t see it. I am looking for Alan Willard, as per Video from Twitch, last January (2015). Please, any update on where to find this “pack”; I searched “Learn” in Launcher and do not see anything resembling this pack. I would be very interested in any help please!
