Why are my static meshes incorrect sizes in skeleton view?

So I made a character in Blender, as well as I made an axe in blender. Inside Blender, both my ratios are set to 0.01 to correctly size when imported to UE4. With each object, the scales for both are set to 1, and the dimensions are properly set to the correct size. When I import into ue4, both look great. The perfect size, added the materials perfectly etc etc. However when I pull up the skeleton from my imported character and add the axe to the right hand socket, the axe appears as almost 400x my character’s size. The only way I can get it to the correct size in there is if I make it miniscule in the actual game…
