Unreal Engine 4 is not a modeling software, it’s a game engine. Therefore, you are limited with what you’re able to create. You will need to use a modeling software program such as Maya or 3dsmax (there are others out there too). Once you’ve created your model in a modeling software, you can then import the monster into Unreal Engine 4 for your game development.
