But the plane is not blurring like the level edges or the sun as seen in the picture. That makes it look a little odd
Is there any example or help for more realistic underwater post process than what I have atm? Talking about the lighting, because it’s a sunset it looks like the sun is in the water and there’s no realistic lighting in mine atm.
Something like this is what I’m looking for:
First off this looks nice. Bravo.
Ok. So maybe a couple little tricks I’ve used and it’s helped.
You can use post processing to change the blur…A little tint maybe to the screen…change the contrast or.maybe the saturation a little. But one thing I do is make a translucent material. And give it a water type normal and a pan net so it moves the see through normal across the material.
I would attach a plain to my camera so my entire view port would have that wavy look…just turn it on as needed. Help you get a little more of a water affect…
Obviously sound effects and a difference in sound definitely helps.
Hey. Thanks for your reply!
I have a post process with blur on it (Gaussian DOF), and it’s the thing that makes the sun and the level edges blurry but for some reason not the water plane.
I’ll try that plane in the camera and the translucent material trick.
Thanks
