How will Git Hub Builds use the upcoming QFE?

Dear Friends at Epic and Wes,

#QFE for Git Hub Builds?

How will people who are using the Git Hub version of 4.0.1 use the QFE to stay up to date with people using the 7GB download?

I see the commandline, but where do I place downloaded QFE files so my independently compiled build will find them?

Do I need to download the QFEs separately for a GitHub build?

We’ll update the GitHub code in the 4.0 branch early next week with the latest stuff, probably Monday. A new 4.0.2 “release” will be created for it. We’ll upload new dependencies zip files at the same time. You should probably wait until then and not attempt any manual surgery on your GitHub code drop. :slight_smile:

We’re also planning to freshen the ‘master’ branch source code with the latest unstable changes from main. For GitHub users, we’re working on a process for getting you guys the very latest hot fix changes and (unstable) main branch changes very soon after they’re checked in and available to us. Stay tuned!
