Speedtree shader appear as grey when I play as a standalone game

On the first image you can see the red tree appears fine in the editor mode but when I play as a standalone game no texture seems to load. The other trees in the scene are static mesh and they work just fine, only the one made using speedtree have this problem.

For additional details :

  • The version of UE4 I use is 4.7.4
  • The scene I used was a default blank scene with no starter package
  • The trees were placed on a landscape using the foliage tool
  • The version of Speedtree I used was 7.1.1
