Linux File Dialog: Not possible to import multiple asset files at once

Error-Type: Workflow issue
Platform: Arch Linux 64 bit – NVidia GTX 760 (driver: nvidia package with version 346.59-1)
Branch: release branch (4.7.5 tag) (compiled by myself)

Repro-Case:

  1. Create two image files outside your project directory
  2. In the Content Browser, rightclick to import asset files
  3. It’s not possible to select both files in the File Dialog, you have to import one file after another

This issue has been reported to our internal tracking database (UE-13588) for further investigation. Unfortunately for the time being you will have to import items individually.
