I dowloaded unreal game engine then it started instaling first it was on 89% then i sing off when i sing in it was on a 6% and not moving some help please
this exactly happened to me with the same % progress xD
however, the only way I fixed this, I Uninstalled the engine and deleting every folder related to it in the system then I redownloaded it, and it worked well.
however, you can upload the log file to understand exactly what the point in your case
