Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

version 4.7.5 crashes when loading map

My project running in 4.6.1 has now been upgraded to 4.7.5 and when I try to load a map I get a crash.

Below I have a Debug Output copy from VS 2013 and the log file from the folder logs. It seems that the problem is now related to the "Missing cached shader map for material".link text

I kind of believe it is the big building in my map that is the issue.

I will just close this one and set it as answered/resolved. My high polygon models with an automatic generated uv mapping was the issue. It is rather annoying and time consuming I would say but such is life now and then. Seems like I will have to cut them down in size and re import them. Anyway as soon as I removed the model the map would load. Either the model has corrupted or then 4.7.5 cannot load high polygon count models anymore... Back to Lightwave and cut them into small pieces that is :)
