Why can't i launch app on my Android Device
First of all, please forgive me for my bad english, I'm not a nativ speaker of it and i really bad with writing in it (can read,speak,and listen but really bad in writing). Yesterday i download a skd,ndk, and all other things from tutorial. I try to launch blank project, mobile first person project and TappyChicken Project.My device is Samsung Note with JellyBean(4.1.2). Sorry if i post too many or not enough screenshots but i really have no idea what i do wrong. Please be patience with my bubble ( I usually code in C++ and Qt, have some adventure with Unity, but i'm totally newbie in UE), and thank you in advance.
Ps; I'm also not sure if I chose right section. I hope i do.

In the SDK Manager, try updating Android SDK Platform-tools and SDK Build-tools
