[BUG] UMG Widgets exceeding specific sizes breake

Hi,

Repro: Place any widget in the Designer, scale it to something large like x100000. Some widgets start breaking around 17k, some at 25k, some at 50k etc. the breakpoints are also dependent on the Zoom while being in Designer.

In my specific case I have an Image and Textbox inside a Overlay inside a Scrollbox inside a Sizebox. The Sizebox has a fixed size. The Image tiles correctly until about y25k in editor (other Images have different breakpoints), approximately the same when PIE. The Scrollbox didn’t break yet in PIE even with a size of approximately y200000000.
