HTML5 Launching Problem?

Hi I have packaged my game in the format HTML5 with no errors. When I try and open the game on the other hand I get this weird error message as you can see in the picture. I used Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and Opera and all say the same?
Any advice in how to fix this would be grate,

Hey Yuness27,

It’s likely that your game is using more memory than 32 bit browsers can provide. Have you tried checking your game on FireFox on Mac or Linux? Also, you should try running the game on 64 bit on Windows too.

Cheers!

Iv’e tried running on on mac and windows on a 32 bit and 64 bit version of Fire Fox and it still doesn’t work. However on 64 bit it just says “Script Error.”

Any more advice would be grate,

Kind regards

Hey Yuness27,

Did you download this version of FireFox? https://.mozilla.org/

Please let me know if the version of FireFox 63-bit resolves the issue you’re currently experiencing.

Thank you!

My problem has been fixed but in the future will the UE4 HTML5 be supported in all browsers?

Hey Yuness27,

I’m glad that the issue you were experiencing has since been fixed.

It’s our goal to have HTML5 run at full capacity. Unfortunately some of the coding changed on certain browsers which caused complications for HTML5. Hopefully this will be resolved in the near future however, I cannot guarantee any of this at this time.

Please watch for updates of the editor and review our release notes for each update for further information regarding HTML5. Please also remember that we have a section within our forums for HTML5 as well if you’d like to look there in the future too. I don’t believe anything is posted regarding this specific topic yet, but you’re always welcome to browse the forums and post there too.

Cheers!
