Installation corrupt when trying to install 4.7.5

I keep getting installation corrupt when trying to install unreal engine 4.7.5 i had 4.7.2 working after installing it several times, but then it automatically tried to install 4.7.3 and i haven’t been able to install any version since. i ran the debugging and have attached the log.

Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps that apply in this guide?

If nothing works, try uninstalling everything and then delete the files explained in this post, then reinstall.
