Why do I packed into the IOS mobile terminal quality will be very poor？ But my computer is on the image quality is also good, but to enter the IOS mobile terminal quality becomes poor。

Also what version of UE4 would you be using to test the quality?

The reason why you may be seeing a lower quality project on your mobile device, compared to your PC, is due to the limitations on the mobile device. You are not going to see the same quality when working on a mobile game compared to a PC game. This documentation page may help to clear up the issue a bit further:
