Make the player die/teleport on collision with another object?

My setup is I have the player running through a cave and rocks fall on him, you can get out of the way but if a rock hits you, I want the player to die straight away, or teleport, whichever… I achieved this yesterday but the editor crashed before i could save and I cant for the life of me remember I how did it … the rocks that fall are all contained within one blueprint and have a trigger setup so they fall as you walk into the trigger
