How to stop character from jumping before start animation is finished?

Hi im having a problem with the jump start animation, ive set up the jump animation following the unreal tutorial
but the problem is the animation still plays the Jump Start animastion while the character is in air. i set up the time remaining ratio to be 0.5 but the animation still play while the character is off the ground rather than him being on the floor for takeoff so any help will be a great thanks

Click on the animation and uncheck the Loop box.

I am having this issue as well. The unchecked loop box has nothing to do with it. The jump start animation is a few seconds long for mine, instead of waiting the amount of time float < float I have input in animation blueprints, the pre-programmed jump occurs right as the input is clicked.

also my time is .07 because I wanted it to be very close to done
