This is a crippling bug. Is there a CONCRETE fix to it? I’m paying for updates so it’s kind of annoying that I can’t get them.
I’ve tried different EXE file “fix” (which simply skips update, not a good fix), and HTTP settings in BaseEngine.ini (still stuck at 81% after an hour). updater says I’m downloading a 0bytes/sec with 71mb remaining if that helps. Is there any way to fix this?

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
CPU: Intel i5-2500k 3.3GHz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6950 1GB
My download speed is usually around 1MB/s, so I imagine it isn’t because my internet speed is too slow. Can’t think of any other details to mention other than fact that I have UE4 installed on an SSD (doesn’t seem like that would affect anything).
After about two hours, updater finally failed and said it couldn’t update and to try later.
