3ds max fbx characters hair causing complete freeze on import?,
So here's the problem,
In Max i have a fully CAT rigged and skinned character model, it has separate hair and eyes and I'm exporting all of them separately as together doesn't seem to want to work.
The body and eyes export fine and import into unreal perfectly, the problem occurs after I've started trying to import the hair.
The moment after i hit the import button after selecting a skeleton to it to run off it shows the loading bar and freezes completely.
The asset in Max is an editable poly that started life as a hair+fur modifier so there are lot of overlapping polys. i've also given it the normals from another object if that causes a problem?
I'm importing it into unreal engine 4 version 4.7.5 as a 2014 fbx from 3ds max 2015
Have I done something wrong here or am i just subject to a wonderful new bug?

Never mind... i had several poly errors and horrible uv problems... oh that's embarrassing...
