Bone scaling animation issue

We have animations where our bones are intended to scale, this however is affecting bones that should not inherit scale. The bones that should not scale appear to be inheriting a small amount of scale. It also seems to be affecting the rotation keyframes. It looks like the rotation values for the keyframes don’t match up with what they’re supposed to be. Ps we’re using Blender and the animations look fine in Blender.

Edit: Inheritance of scale is turned off for bones we dont want to scale
