Why is my lighting not building and crashing the editor after compiling source code?

Hello.

I’ve compiled the Unreal Engine 4 with the source code with Visual 2012 (with help of a friend).
When I try to build lighting the editor is crashing.

He have the same problem after compiling the engine.

I coudn’t attached the files cause the file type is not supported by this forum.

But I pasted the text from dxdiag and the logs to pastebin.com

With administrator rights there is no crash and the light is builded BUT alle the 3D objects are black.
