Higher jump from crouch?

Hi there!

I’m working on basic first-person movement systems, and I’ve got jumping, crouching, sprinting all figure out.

Right now, I can’t jump if I’m already crouching. I’d like to not only be able to jump, but have it be a bit of an augmented jump, and go higher than a normal jump.

Is there a way to do this in blueprints? I’m pretty new to this whole system, and have no idea where to start with these more advanced functions!

This is the way to go:

I would just adjust the Jump Z Velocity property of your CharacterMovement component:

This way you use the same jump functionality, just change the velocity.
