Egine install error,Unreal Engine installer fails to install. Errors out

I am trying to install the unreal engine (v4.7.2) I do not have any previous installs on the computer. I am not behind a company firewall. I have attached snapshots of both my machine spec. as we’ll as the banner window that pops up when install fails. Any help would e awesome as I am jonsing to make some stuff :slight_smile:
