I redownloaded UE4 on a new hard drive after my old one bit the dust. It downloads and an icon will appear on the desktop. It didn’t seem to go through an installation process. When I click on it, it thinks for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I went to task manager to see if anything is running and it is not.
