Whenever I try to import any form of models into UE4 V 4.7.6, it causes UE4 to stop responding and causes a Memory Leak (Nearly 5GB), the only way to close it, is to use the Windows Task Manager (And due to the memory leak, it takes about 30 minutes to do that :/) is there anyway I can fix this? I’m also having terribly long lighting builds.

Windows 7 64-bit
i7
8GB Ram
Dual Geforce GTX 765M (4GB in Total)
I’ve tried to add both FBX and OBJ files.
