Random brick texture

Hi I’m trying to find a tutorial on how to do a random brick texture. I was doing a test on my frame rate on a high poly mesh and I didn’t worry about doing the texture UV properly. I just flattened UV. and it randomly placed things everywhere. But when I put it in the editor the brick wall turned out nice with the randomness. here is the building with the walls.

As you can see, you don’t see the tiling problem. And even at a distance it looks nice. the only problem I have is now that I have done the UV’s properly. I don’t get the randomness as I also have a very low poly mesh (which is just a plan side no detail) that is the same.

How would I get the material to do this. I can’t find anything even in the content examples Math Hall. Trying to figure this out for 3 days and its starting to give me a headache. So any help like a pic of a material layout or youtube vid.
