All destructibles explode

I have a destructible cube and all of the force/impulse parameters are set to 0, but it completely explodes when the player or the ground touches it slightly. I have tried creating many new ones completely from scratch, disabling or enabling various settings, but the same thing happens every time. The solutions other people had to their destructible problems didn’t work either.

between you and me destructibles aren´t even working right now, I wouldn´t ship them in some systems they don´t even animate well but stay on the air.

There are some known issues with DMs, but for the most part all the flags and DM parameters work with our latest internal build of 4.8. To suggest it’s not even working is a little misleading though.

A lot of the setups of DMs require a deep understanding of what the settings for each parameter does and what you’re trying to accomplish. We are working to get some better documentation and samples for this out to help people.

For your issue Robsmo, it seems like you’ve not set the support depth to at least 1. Other settings such as the Default Impact Damage Depth, Impact Damage, Damage Spread, Damage Threshold, and a few other settings can all play into how and when your DM is able to fracture.

It would be best to see what your settings for you DM are set to though to get the best understanding. Feel free to post a screenshot.
