Can a game made with UE4 only be released in the Marketplace and GitHub, or Steam and other platorms as well?

I am excited to start a new indie project with a few others, and I just found out that UE is now free to use. I was amazed, and immediately jumped at this opportunity. But can the games we make be sold anywhere? And what exactly are the terms for doing so, in terms that are easy to understand? The EULA is kind of hard to understand. Thanks to everyone for the help, and thanks to everyone who made this engine free. This is amazing.

Yes the games you make can be sold anywhere (but note that the UE4 source code can’t be made public). The rough terms are 5% royalty on gross revenue after your first $3,000 per product per quarter (unless one of the royalty exemptions applies). The EULA is the official source for this but the FAQ has more details too.

Thank you
