i m really getting tired from trying to install UE4 , it has been more than month since i downloaded UE4 and till now i didnt use it do you know why? ok

after spendind more than 4 hours daily trying to solve all problem that preventing me to just try to try to use ue4, i faced another problem installing visual studio 2013 ahhahhha that is really funny
please please please just try to give us offline installer and synchronise it with visual studio,like what unity3d developper did
i was so happy when i heard that is ue4 is free and now i m so upset
