There are a series of white circles being rendered at the bottom of the screen both in the editor and during runtime.

Is this a known issue? Will uprgading to Windows 8 help or make any difference?

Hi Blackielox -

We have not had any reports of what your video is showing above. That being said, if you are only experiencing this problem in SM5 (DX11) then I would make sure that you update your Direct X or ensure that you are running the newest build of DX11. Also it looks like you are, but check your Nvidia driver as well and ensure that it is the most up to date WHQL version of the Driver and not in fact a Beta Driver.

Thank You

Eric Ketchum

According to the Microsoft site, the newest build of Direct X that can be installed on Windows 7 is 11.1 whereas 11.2 can be installed on Windows 8.1, Windows RT and Windows Server 2012 R2

I’ll update to Windows 8.1 and let you know if it solves my issue. Also the Nvidia driver is the newest WHQL version (GeForce Game Ready Driver for Grand Theft Auto V).

Thanks for your help.

I updated to Windows 8.1 and the issue is now resolved.
