Message "did not get a response. Are you connected to the internet?"

I get all the time the message “did not get a response. Are you connected to the internet?”
I’m connected
I’ve added the winnet solution like this:
“C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\Engine\Binaries\Win64\EpicGamesLauncher.exe” -http=wininet

What else i’ve to try?
