Changing camera from fixed ASP to moving TPP mode

When you use the default camera in the Third Person template, the Player Character (PC) does not turn when you move the mouse/camera, but changes direction using the WASD keys. As you move the mouse, the camera moves around the PC.

Using the Animation Starter Pack (ASP) character in Third Person mode, when you move the mouse, the PC turns, with the camera moving to stay behind it, so you are always looking at the PC’s back.

How do I change the camera in the ASP from always looking at the character’s back, to moving independently of which way the Third person character faces?
