Why are my reflections grainy?

For some reason the reflections in my scene have become grainy on certain objects. The material is very basic with a constant roughness of 0 and no normal map. This is from a box reflection capture and screen space reflections are turned off.

I thought I should note that this is a new phenomena. The reflections were working perfectly at some point and suddenly stopped.

Increasing the intensity of all my lights solved the issue apparently. I went from an intensity of 5 on all my lights to 150 and I’m not having issues anymore.
